How to manage or cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription?

Canceling via Web Browser

1. Sign in to your account at account.sony.com
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Subscriptions
3. Next to PlayStation Plus, select Cancel Subscription

Canceling on a PS5 Console

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts
2. Choose Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions > PlayStation Plus
3. Select Cancel Subscription

Canceling on a PS4 Console

1. Navigate to PlayStation Plus > Manage Membership > Subscription
2. Select Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. It will then automatically stop renewing.
