TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CHARGESUM.COM APPLICATION

Introduction

These Terms (hereinafter “Terms”) set forth the rules for using the web application ChargeSum.com (hereinafter “the Application”), which is operated by ASPA Mobile, s.r.o., with its registered office at Šimkova 1224/2b, 500 03 Hradec Králové, Company ID 03776131. The Application is used for recording data regarding regular subscriptions, where users enter information such as the subscription name, price, payment frequency, and payment method. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms, including the provisions concerning data processing and anonymization, the use of cookies, and the utilization of data for targeted email communication.

  1. Use of the Service
    • License and Registration: The Operator grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal purposes. To fully use the Application, account registration via email is required.
    • User Obligations: The user agrees to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and applicable legal regulations and shall not misuse the service in any way that could harm the Operator or other users.
  2. Processing and Sale of Anonymized, Aggregated Data
    • Data Collection: The Operator collects operational data (e.g., data on the number of subscriptions, average prices, and payment frequency) for the purpose of service improvement, operations monitoring, and generating statistical reports.
    • Anonymization and Aggregation: All data that could be considered personal data will be anonymized and/or aggregated before further use so that individual users cannot be identified.
    • Data Sale: Anonymized and aggregated data may be provided to or sold to third parties (for example, business partners or analytical companies) for business analysis or research purposes. When such data is transferred, no information that could identify a specific user is provided.
  3. Protection of Personal Data and GDPR
    • Data Processing: We process only the necessary data that you enter during registration or use of the Application, and do so in accordance with applicable legal regulations (in particular, the GDPR).
    • Data Security: Technical and organizational measures have been implemented to protect the data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
    • User Rights: Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, delete, or obtain the portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please send any requests to: info@chargesum.com.

    • Essential Cookies: The Application uses cookies essential for its proper functioning (e.g., maintaining sessions, ensuring security), for which user consent is not required.

You have the right to disable or change the settings for optional cookies at any time.
  5. Targeted Advertising Communication and Email Marketing
    • Marketing Consent: By completing the registration process, the user gives consent to receive targeted advertising emails and browser notifications from the Operator. This consent relates to the use of the data you have entered in the Application (e.g., subscription name, price, payment frequency, payment method).
    • Purpose of Communication: Based on the provided consent, the Operator may send information about news, services, and other offers related to the functionalities of the Application.
    • Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which can be done using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
  6. Termination of the Service and Final Provisions
    • Account Termination: You may cease using the Application at any time and request the deletion of your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be erased or anonymized, except for data that must be retained by law.
    • Amendments to the Terms: The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. You will be informed in advance of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Application after such changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the current version of the Terms.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the user regarding the use of the Application and replace all prior agreements.
