How to manage or cancel your Canva subscription?

If you subscribed via Google Play or the App Store, you'll need to cancel through those platforms following their specific instructions.

Otherwise, follow these steps:

Cancel on the desktop

1. You must be logged in to the correct Canva account or team.
2. On the home page, go to Settings.
3. Select Billing.
4. Under Subscriptions, select More Actions (3 dots).
5. Select Request Cancellation.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future payments, but will not automatically refund your money. Depending on your plan, you may have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Billing.
